Ein Prototype, der in einem Design Thinking Training in einem Unternehmen erstellt wurde

#Design Thinking Training

New Thinking for Manager

Pure practice: Together with over 70 product managers, we tried out new ways of working in intensive design thinking training sessions, left our comfort zones, and tested initial prototypes directly with users—a kickstart for a sustainable culture of innovation.

The problem

The pharmaceutical supplier has grown steadily since it was founded in 1870. However, with around 7,500 employees, the processes within the large corporation are more sedate and encrusted than those of smaller competitors pushing into the market.

The goal

To promote the potential for innovation within the company and break down old ways of thinking.

The implementation

The employees learned about Design Thinking in two-day training sessions. The workshops were pure practice: the participants worked in small teams, conducted street interviews, developed initial ideas and were able to test prototypes on users. During the two days, the participants were repeatedly forced to leave their comfort zone in order to apply new ways of working. In a moderated session, they then worked together to develop areas of application within the company and defined concrete next steps to successfully integrate what they had learned into their daily work. We have now trained over 70 product managers. A Perfect basis for sustainably changing their innovation culture.
