The employees learned about Design Thinking in two-day training sessions. The workshops were pure practice: the participants worked in small teams, conducted street interviews, developed initial ideas and were able to test prototypes on users. During the two days, the participants were repeatedly forced to leave their comfort zone in order to apply new ways of working. In a moderated session, they then worked together to develop areas of application within the company and defined concrete next steps to successfully integrate what they had learned into their daily work. We have now trained over 70 product managers. A good basis for sustainably changing their innovation culture.
