We experience the team of INNOKI as a great enrichment for our program. It's not just the content that is right, but the entire approach to collaboration. Competently and with a lot of empathy, the needs of our target group are addressed, always considering the project requirements and the “bigger picture”. Methodical know-how is not only taught in theory; the tools for trying out new ideas are directly applied by the coaches. This is not only sustainable, it’s also a lot of fun!

INNOKI accompanied us through our cultural change process and co-creatively designed and implemented parts of our Change Program. They created podcasts on customer centricity and conducted workshops and peer groups on leadership, empowerment, and communication. Our collaboration with INNOKI has been convincing and a valuable addition to our organisation. INNOKI developed and implemented concepts iteratively with us, tailored to our needs and wishes. With their open, friendly, and motivating manner, Julia and Frederike managed to engage our diverse employees in the topics and encourage reflection.

Our funding area Design Thinking (consisting of teacher training and projects within schools) wouldn't be where it is today without the Innoki Education team. The content of the teacher trainings and the projects are perceived as very enriching by the participants. The “Innokis” manage to excite participants about the Design Thinking method through their competent design and creative, effective, and empathetic coaching. The Design Thinking Teacher's Manual (book and a box with resources) that we published also came from the creative hands of the Innoki team and will certainly not be the last project of its kind. We greatly value our collaboration with team INNOKI.

At Change Hub, we have been collaborating with our partner INNOKI in various projects for a while now. Our clients have always been thrilled with the different formats INNOKI offers, and we greatly value our collaboration at eye level. Welcoming moderation, reliable time management, convincing methodological competence, and consistently fresh ideas – this is how I experience the trainers and coaches from INNOKI in our collaboration for the workshops of the Young Entrepreneurs in Science initiative. We have been working together for over three years both in the conceptual development and in the execution of the workshop program, jointly inspiring doctoral students and postdocs towards entrepreneurial thinking and action.
