Team workshops & team coaching in Berlin for better collaboration.
The problem
In a public corporation, teams from different departments are given the opportunity to step back from their day-to-day operations, pause for reflection, and consider key issues relating to successful collaboration. The focus is on issues such as team spirit, communication within the team, factors contributing to effective teamwork, roles and responsibilities, and fundamental coordination of content.
The goal
The team workshops aim to strengthen teamwork in the long term and to shape change actively and constructively. The individual objectives of each team are identified and defined in a briefing meeting. This ensures that each team receives tailored support—from team development to clarifying communication or leadership issues.
The implementation
We design and facilitate teams in one- to four-day workshops in Berlin and the surrounding area, individually tailored to their current challenges and needs. In a preliminary discussion, we analyze the team’s situation, clarify expectations, and define key topics for the workshop. On this basis, we develop a customized workshop design for team development that serves as a guide but remains flexible.
Because dynamics are part of the process: if spontaneous and urgent topics arise during the workshop, we decide together with the team and the manager whether and how to address them. If necessary, we throw the original concept overboard and work on what matters right now – for practical and effective team development.
A follow-up takes place a few months after the workshop: What has changed? Which forms of communication and cooperation work well and should be retained? Where is there still room for development within the team? In this way, we ensure that the impulses from the workshop have a lasting effect and that the team is permanently strengthened in its cooperation.
