Two companies grow together as one team: With two days of #teamcoaching, we built trust, clarified roles, and created a sense of unity for successful collaboration.
Two large companies have set themselves the goal of pursuing a shared vision and developing a joint product. The challenges: two different corporate cultures, differing expectations, and a lack of trust between employees.
Create a trusting environment in which all participants understand the shared vision, treat each other as equals, and lay the foundation for effective collaboration. In addition, mutual understanding of roles, competencies, and responsibilities should be promoted, and a motivating sense of unity should be fostered.
A lighthearted and humorous introduction to get to know each other better, as well as an inspiring interview with the CEOs of both companies, laid the foundation for an open and trusting atmosphere during the two-day team-building event. The subsequent joint work in small groups and the development of a team canvas enabled the participants to exchange ideas on a professional and personal level. A mix of interactive exercises, knowledge exchange, and reflection rounds strengthened trust… to anchor the experience in a lasting way.
